สมาคมส่งเสริมเทคโนโลยี(ไทย-ญี่ปุ่น) จึงได้จัดกิจกรรมปฏิบัติการ SMEs เข้มแข็ง เพื่อให้การช่วยเหลือ SMEs โดยการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม ภายใต้แผนงานฟื้นฟูและเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นด้านเศรษฐกิจ โดยจะมีการจัดนักวินิจฉัย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเข้าไปอบรมให้ความรู้ ให้คำปรึกษา ภายในสถานประกอบการ โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย ซึ่งมีหลักสูตร/กิจกรรม ให้เลือกหลากหลายที่ตามความเหมาะสมของสถานประกอบการ ได้แก่

กรีนพีซ เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ขอเชิญคุณร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานฉายภาพยนตร์สะท้อนภาวะโลกร้อนเรื่อง The Age of Stupid ที่ได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างล้นหลาม สร้างโดยแฟรนนี่ อาร์มสตรอง ผู้กำกับ McLibel ผู้สร้างผลงานรางวัลออสการ์ เรื่อง One Day in September นำแสดงโดย พีท โพสเลธเวท ผู้ได้รับการเสนอชิงรางวัลออสการ์ ในเรื่องมีบทบาทเป็นชายชราที่อาศัยอยู่ในโลกที่ถูกทำลายราบเป็นหน้ากลองในพ. ศ.2598 เขาดูบันทึกเหตุการณ์จากพ.ศ.2551 และถามว่า "ทำไมเราไม่หยุดการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศเมื่อมีโอกาส"

ทุนสร้าง 450,000 ยูโร ซึ่งได้รับบริจาคมาจากคนทั่วโลก รวม 228 คน ที่ร่วมลงทุนระหว่าง 500 ถึง 35,000 ยูโร ทุกคนในจำนวนนี้เป็นเจ้าของหนังเรื่องนี้ เช่นเดียวกับทีมงาน ซึ่งได้ค่าจ้างประมาณแค่ค่าแรงขั้นต่ำ โดยเป้าหมายของภารกิจคือโน้มน้าวผู้ชม 250 ล้านคนให้เป็นนักกิจกรรมภาวะโลกร้อน โดยพุ่งเป้าไปยังการประชุมสุดยอดเรื่องภาวะโลกร้อนครั้งสำคัญ ณ กรุงโคเปนเฮเกน ในเดือนธันวาคม 2552

บุกเบิกใช้ Twitter เป็นคนแรกๆ ของไทย แถมยังนำมาเผยแพร่ ทั้งในเวทีสัมมนา ยังส่งข้อความ Tweet ทั้งวัน จนได้รับฉายา “เจ้าพ่อ Twitter” ไปครอง

สุกรี พัฒนภิรมย์ ในชื่อทวิตเตอร์ว่า @sugree นักวิจัยด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ระดับปริญญาเอกแห่ง ม.เกษตรศาสตร์ได้รับการยอมรับว่าให้เป็น “Evangelist” ผู้บุกเบิกเผยแพร่การใช้งาน Twitter ในไทยคนแรก เป็นที่ยอมรับในหมู่นักเล่น Twitter ไทยแทบทุกคน

“ผมเริ่มรู้จักและชอบเล่น Twitter ตั้งแต่กันยายนา 2007 เพราะมีเพื่อนมาจากอเมริกา เดินทางรอบโลกด้วยเงินบริจาค ไปเที่ยวที่ไหนก็ส่ง Tweet บอก Follower ที่ตามอ่านเขาอยู่ตลอด เขาแวะมานอนที่บ้านผมสัปดาห์หนึ่ง มากดใช้งานให้ดู ผมก็สมัครแล้วก็ใช้มันตั้งแต่นั้นมา”

สุกรีใช้ทวิตเตอร์บอกเล่าทุกอย่างในชีวิต ตั้งแต่การเลี้ยงลูก เปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อม อาหารการกิน การทำงานในศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ โดย Tweet แทบจะทุกๆ 10 นาที รวมแล้ววันละเป็นร้อยครั้ง จนกลายเป็นที่รู้จักในหมู่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญไอที

“ผมชอบ Twitter ตรงที่มันอยู่กับเราตลอดเวลา ไม่เหมือนอย่างอื่นที่มีข้อจำกัดเยอะ ถ้าเทียบกับของที่มีอยู่แล้ว อย่าง MSN Messenger ใช้บนมือถือได้ยากกว่า และไม่ใช่ว่าทุกคนจะใช้ได้ อัพโหลดรูปส่งลิงค์ขึ้นไม่ได้ คือไม่ว่าอะไรมันก็ต้องการอย่างน้อยโน้ตบุ๊ก แค่มือถือยังไม่สะดวกพอ ไม่เหมือน Twitter ที่สะดวกกว่ามาก ไม่ต้องมานึกชื่อเมล ไม่ต้องมาสนใจว่าเขาออนไลน์อยู่หรือเปล่า”

แม้ทุกวันนี้จำนวนผู้ใช้ Twitter จะยังห่างจาก Facebook หรือ hi5 ทั้งในระดับโลกและในไทย แต่สุกรีมองว่าอิทธิพลมหาศาลที่แท้จริงของ Twitter นั้นไม่ได้อยู่ที่จำนวนผู้ใช้ แต่อยู่ที่การที่มันได้เข้ามาเปลี่ยนวิธีที่ผู้คนสื่อสารถึงกันบนอินเทอร์ เน็ตอย่างสิ้นเชิง


นอกจากการใช้งานบนคอมพิวเตอร์แล้ว สุกรียังพบว่า การทวิตเตอร์ผ่านมือถือนอกจาก เสียค่าใช้จ่ายไม่มาก ยังสามารถติดต่อกับเพื่อนๆ หรือใครก็ได้โดยไม่ต้องรู้เบอร์ และยังสื่อสารถึงกันได้ตลอดทั้งวันๆ ละหลายๆ ครั้ง
“ผมไม่เคยรู้อีเมลนายกฯ ไม่รู้ด้วยซ้ำว่ามีมือถือรึเปล่า เว็บไซต์ก็ซับซ้อนและต้องใช้เวลาถึงจะคุ้นเคย แต่ Twitter ถ้าคุณเคยใช้แล้วมันก็ง่าย และเหมือนกันหมดไม่ว่าจะเข้าไปอ่านข่าวสารจากนายกฯ จากดารานักร้อง จากบริษัทไหน หรือแค่คุยกับเพื่อนก็วิธีเดียวกันหมด”

ด้วยความรู้จริงในเรื่องทวิตเตอร์ก่อนใคร เขาเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญทวิตเตอร์ระดับตัวพ่อ แถมยังเคยสร้างระบบ Twitter เล็กๆ ของตัวเองมาก่อนในชื่อ Jibjib (จิ๊บๆ) เป็นที่ยอมรับและลองใช้งานในหมู่โปรแกรมเมอร์ไทยหลายคน จน HTC จ้างให้เขียนโปรแกรมช่วยสำหรับใช้งานทวิตเตอร์ (Twitter Client) ให้กับเครื่อง HTC Magic ใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Android

ด้วยภารกิจที่รัดตัวและชื่อเสียงที่เข้ามาอย่างรวดเร็ว ทุกวันนี้จำนวน Tweet ต่อวันของสุกรีลดลงไม่ถี่ยิบเบ็ดเตล็ดเหมือนแต่ก่อน แต่ก็หลากหลายกว่าเดิม มีเรื่องอื่นๆ นอกจากชีวิตประจำวันเพิ่มขึ้น

จากการบูมของทวิตเตอร์ครั้งนี้ ชีวิตบนทวิตเตอร์ สุกรี พัฒนภิรมย์ มี Work, Information และ Support เพิ่มเข้ามามหาศาล แต่ด้วยความเป็นตัวของตัวเองอย่างสูง ส่วนที่เป็น Life, Family & Fun ก็ยังจะติดตามอ่านบน twitter.com/sugree ต่อไปอย่างแน่นอน
